The staff has been very helpful in locating and preparing a lost item for a FedEx pickup and shipment to our home in Myrtle Beach SC
Hotel was fine, we just didn’t have the best stay With not many guest at the hotel, we were put in a room they were working on pipes right in front of. Then they had to turn off the water. We were told it would only be 30 minutes but it was off for at least 2-4 hours.
We were not happy about the pool being closed, and not being told that in advance. The room was a little dirty, and it was a bit rough around the hotel. The bathroom was not clean, neither were the towels. The hotel staff was awesome and very nice though. If the room was cleaner and the pool was in working condition, we would stay here again.
Last Minute Find Thanks to the staff as well as Hotel.com. Last minute quest to find a room in the Atlanta area and this was excellent. Service was great. Room was good and comfortable.
