Customer service very good and accommodating. He was ready with the part to repair the water heater. They were able to accommodate me the same day. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought it was a little pricey due to the time it took them to repair it, took about 20-30 minutes.

My technician's name was Phil. I was completely satisfied with his demeanor and professionalism, he was more than willing to answer all my questions. No problems with customer service and scheduling. Phil always showed up on time and as far as I can tell did a good job installing my toilet. I am a happy camper and would use them again!
