We have stayed here many times when coming to Manhattan and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the area is awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean. My view of the Festival of Lights was the best. Derek and Sara were fantastic, very efficient and friendly.
