We had a mix-up with our reservation. We booked one King room and one room with two Queen beds, but somehow both rooms were assigned as King rooms. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to resolve the issue. Their excellent customer service really made a difference. The only downside of our stay was having to pay for parking. As hotel guests, we wish parking had been complimentary. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Loved the front desk clerk he remembered by daughters name and that it was her birthday! I believe his name was lance. Loved the happy hour and the breakfast. Will definitely stay at embassy suites again. Only bummer is because i booked with Expedia i didn’t get Hilton points

Parking was being charged, when we have never paid for parking unless it’s downtown location which is understandable.
