Our furnace stopped working for 24 hours, then came back on. Though it was working when Adam showed up, he walked me through his full diagnostics and replaced the flame sensor, which seemed to make the most sense. The service was professional, and I could not be more satisfied. This is why I have stuck with G&R Heating and Air for several years. They even send out the same technician, Adam, and he knows and remembers everything about our furnace and AC unit. Highly recommend.
