Our Greenlight Installation went very smoothly last Friday. Our installer was friendly, competent and took the fiber wire through the basement and into the computer room. He hooked up the new modem and tested the hookup and internet speed. He even checked the second floor computer as well. Instead of 36 MPS from ******** we now get 500 MPS. What a difference. My wife and I just had Green Light installed yesterday. The installer was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He had a lot of experience and it showed. When he left I had a hard time getting my router to accept the data from their ***** box so I had to call customer service. The very friendly tech guy talked me through some stages. I was familiar with this kind of work and it turned out that the router, which I purchased almost a year ago just for Green Light, was simply broken.
