Ligging hotel prima voor stedentrip New York maar (bijna) geen service. Toen we incheckte vertelde ze al dat het geboekte ontbijt verviel en dat de schoonmaak alleen op verzoek werd gedaan. Handdoeken kregen we ook op verzoek. Er werd verder niks ter compensatie aangeboden voor het ontbijt. Je kan je koffer op de dag van vertrek voor $1,= pp nog even daar achterlaten. We hadden hier iets meer van verwacht. Prima locatie in New York/Manhattan, lekker centraal om alles te bekijken.
