Caa aaa Ross’s and the suite were awesome!!! Carissa was fantastic. They said they only had one king room left, but it apparently had some kind of malfunction in the system and so she gave us a free upgrade to a business King. She was all about making sure we had a good day. She was wonderful.
Best stay ever! Will stay again! Nothing! Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Smelled so nice!
