New, Clean, Comfortable I was running a few minutes late at 11am checkout & I actually received a call to the room!!! When I checked at the front desk to see what the issue was, it was indeed me being tardy (less than 30 minutes.) The manager confirmed she made the call but did not ask how my stay was as she did another guest. I’m disappointed and feel negatively judged in an otherwise comfortable stay. Newer facility. Clean. Nice check-in staff.
