This company does not play games in the pricing of the roof and had a no pressure presentation when providing the estimate. Roof was completed when promised and was professionally done. This may not be the cheapest roofer around but they use quality materials and do a quality job.
My overall experience with them was good. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

This went pretty good. I was impressed with the way they approached it & the estimate was within reason. The reason I didn't take them was because there was another company that was less. I would use them again in the future.
We have two houses that were in need of reroofing. When we stopped into Superior Services, we were greeted by a pleasant and knowledgeable staff. We were educated as to what is involved in repairing the existing structures and the options that would best fulfill our needs. An a appraisal was made on both of our houses. The work itself was performed correctly (as far as we can tell) and on time. However my great dissatisfaction with theircompany is their billing practices. Before the work was started we paidhalf the proposal cost. They cashedour checkthe next day. Then, the Monday that the work was completed (May 19, 2008), their representative (Kathy) again came out and presented us with an invoice that stated an amount, referred to on the invoice as "Balance Due." Upon further review, our records indicated that there was some confusion on the part of the homeowner concerning redecking of the entire home as mandated by the local building authority and subsequent charges for the associated labor and material.
