I have a vertical dryer vent duct that exits on a very steep roof and the screen was clogged. Lance got on the roof and cleaned it out in no time. It cost less than half of the other guy who wanted to disassemble the dryer duct from the attic to clean it out rather than get on the roof. So glad I went with Lance!
I needed the dryer vent exhaust tube in my attic replaced. Lance arrived promptly, assessed the job and provided me a reasonable estimate. Job was done in about 30 minutes. I couldn?t be happier. I greatly appreciate the quality work and friendly service.

This company does very dirty business. they came for a quote for dryer vent cleaning (which happened to be really close from the outside wall. What other companies usually charge about $100-120, they quoted for $280 and I agreed, didn't want to keep calling other companies again. After we agreed he started work and then he came back and said it's gonna cost you another $120 because he found the left over of a bird nest.
