No extended waiting. Careful explanation of the whole process, pre op, the operation and post op care. I had no surprises. Dr. Steen is bright optimistic and supportive. Her work was stellar. I especially enjoyed meeting Victoria her nurse assistant. She had a great sense of humor and was easy to relate to.
Every office visit was a pleasant experience, from the receptionists, to Dr. Steen's nurses, and with Dr. Steen herself.I had wanted this surgery for years, and Dr. Steen made it happen beautifully!Dr. Steen listened to what I wanted and followed all of my wishes.
Dr. Steen and her nurse Victoria were amazing! Answered all my questions and the procedure wa s quick and painless. Only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!
In addition to unparalleled professionalism and skill, Dr. Steen and her team were unbelievably kind. The staff was on time at every appointment. I was never made to feel rushed and my questions were always answered.
Dr. Steen was amazing to work with. I cannot express how grateful I am for her exceptional care, clear communication, and level of professionalism through the entire breast reduction process. The level of care from the first consultation to my final follow up appointment was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Steen. I would also like to mention that her office staff is very friendly and was willing to answer any questions that I had.
Dr. Steen, as well as her nurses, were all great to work with. Dr. Steen was very accommodating with my schedule to fit in my surgery. I would definitely recommend her and use her again.
I went to Dr. Steen for a breast augmentation. She made me feel comfortable answered all my questions. She gave recommendations as to what she felt would fit best with my body and frame based on her past experience. She also encouraged me not to be too critical of my body pre-surgery even though I was fixing something I didn't like. I forget the name of it, but I was able to see a digital edit of my before pictures to see an estimate of what I would look like post-surgery. It was pretty accurate!
Very attentive, warm, and reassuring. Addressed all my questions and concerns with great understanding and compassion for my understandable nervousness. Our discussions gave me great confidence that I had selected the right surgeon, which I certainly did. Extremely pleased with the results of the surgery. From first appointment to surgery to last follow-up appointment, she was truly wonderful. Could not possibly recommend her higher.
Dr. Steen has a wonderful disposition and has a lovely bedside manner. She is an honest provider and truly cares about her patients. She produces incredible results. She is really an amazingly talented surgeon. 10/10 Recommend!!!!
