Purchased E40D Monster in a Box based on brand recognition.Bought prior to reading reviews and got buyers remorse and had bad expectations.However; talked to ****** after ********, told him my thoughts. He admit their faults and they had a problem, but over last 6 months they had worked on correcting their issues.Overall, box condition was a little rough, but that is on shipper. I ordered a quick ship 4L70e for my 2013 silverado. It was shipped very fast. Delivered in a transmission tote & the delivery service they used notified me of delivery date with tracking info. It also came with a case of synthetic transmission fluid. Monster requests the core returned within 10 days & that wasn't even possible since my mechanic wasn't able to get it in 2 weeks later.
