Older hotel that has been recently renovated. Overall the room was very nice and updated except for the bathtub that looked like it had been there for 50 years. It was cracked, stained and beat up. There was a bar of soap from the previous guest in the tub and a used wash cloth hanging from the back of the shower curtain bar (the wash cloth was hard to see until you got in the shower and pulled the curtain-so probably just overlooked). Overall a good price and good place to stay.
Great stay but with one hiccup. I stayed here for 3 nights (11/2017) and had a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly and in a nice part of town. The hotel is about 2 miles from the Tanger Outlets and had plenty of spots for food nearby. A mini fridge and microwave were in the room; that sounds silly until you're out of town for a few days and constantly eating out. Something that wasn't good was the TV had no accessible HDMI ports. Great if you have a pet Excellent check-in experience and staff. Excellent dog walk area. The bed was comfortable Cons: The room especially the tub needed updating. No Movie channels The coffee needs improvement.....please switch to the coffee uses in Red Roof Johnson City
Nice Check clerk was wonderful, bed hard as a brick, tub handle fell off had to keep putting in on during shower. But convenient to restaurants.
Everything was fine in rooms except very limited electrical outlets and a small TV screen
