THEY ARE A HARD WORKING HONEST COUPLE WHO UTILIZE WORK TEAMS OF TWO OR MORE TO FULFILL THE ACT OF INSTALLATION WITH PERIODIC REVIEW BY THE CONTRACTOR. ON SOME OCCASIONS COMMUNICATION BECAME AN ISSUE. THEY WOULD SEND COMPUTER MESSAGES BUT THE MESSAGE HAD A PHISHING COMPONENT CAUGHT BY MY ANTI-VIRUS AND WHICH FORWARDED IT TO THE JUNK FILE. THE PHONE UTILIZED BY THE CONTRACTOR WOULD INCUR OUTAGES ON A ROUTINE BASIS, BUT OVERALL HE SEEMED COMMITTED TO FULFILLING OUR EXPECTATIONS AND SEEMED GENUINE IN HIS COMMITMENT. They are very honest, professional and hard working. They arrived when they said ???a day late because of rain the previous day???. I would and have recommended them. We are very happy with our fence and the quality of the fence.
Overall, the work done was very good. However, there were a few things that I found after the fact that I asked Brandon about, but never received an answer back. In addition, mine and my neighbors main Internet cable was cut by the contractors, yet I was stuck dealing with the cable company and utilities company. Now I understand that the utilities company never came out to mark the utilities even though Right Fence requested that they do so, but being my contractor, Right Fence should have interfaced with the cable company ... read more
