Elaine was a pleasure to work with through my relocation process. She was always very prompt to reply and was consistent with following up with phone calls and emails. My work schedule was extremely busy leading up to my relocation so I was not always responsive or available to take phone calls or answer emails. She was very patient and understanding with this and still made the moving process easy and convenient. I really appreciate her assistance during our relocation from Detroit to Florida.
