Clive, Albert, and Ellery went above and beyond. They were not informed that the move was a 5 story walkup. Expecting an elevator, they were unprepared and understaffed when they arrived. The three of them were able to complete the monumental task of moving a 2br apartment worth of stuff up 5 floors and getting us into a livable situation by the end of the day.
