Moving is a very stressful time, especially when moving during the holidays. We moved at the end of the year, between Christmas and New Years. We were a bit frazzled because we had wanted to be in our new house before Christmas, so nerves were on end and the kids didn't want their Christmas presents packed up. The Jacksonville branch location has great customer service. I went there to pick up boxes due to moving and everyone was very helpful and polite.

The customer service was excellent. We were greeted and helped right away. The staff worked hard making sure we were okay. They made sure we wore a safety jacket and explained why. Ask us several times, did we need help. I would refer this company to anyone because of their friendly, professional, and efficient business.
