I was representing Margo Smith during delivery. James and Mike did a very good job ensuring items were accounted for, treated each item with care while moving and very nice & professional. There was yellow and orange label items. The office only gave Mike & James the yellow item inventory list. Quick thinking they created new list for the orange items to minimize any delays.

The moving crew from Sudduth in Eden Prairie did an excellent job managing my things (including a grand piano). My things were put in storage in Phoenix for a few weeks and the local crew (Mayflower) delivered them safe and sound. Setting up the move was easy. Craig, our representative, was quick to respond with answers to our questions and his quote estimate on weight ended up being very close to accurate. There were delays in responses from the dispatcher in Texas. We were told we needed to be at our destination between Aug. 1 and Aug. 8, which was our moving window. I have had my parents things in storage in MPLS. for over 12 years. Loretta in billing has always been pleasant and helpful. Mandi is very nice to work with. The tall African-American mover was kind, willing to do whatever needed to be done and had a lot of common sense. I had one marble table top broken. I am still waiting for the claims paperwork to arrive in the mail. Mandi has assured me that it will be made right.
