Otis/Dez arrived on time. They were to call when on their way. However we didn’t get a call but we were expecting them so not really a problem. They were very courteous/respectful & efficient. Especially thru theses difficult times. They made sure to ask questions re where things needed to go. If by accident I noticed items going in the wrong direction. They went out of their way to correct We couldn’t thank them enough
