Everything was great. Cherry Thomas who came to survey our home and provide the estimate was wonderful and even came back a second time to provide another estimate after we had moved some of the items from our home. Terri Alderson, our coordinator, was efficient and sent all required forms and explained the process. She called to see how the loading was going and also called to make sure the unloading on the other end went smoothly. Omar and Jose were fantastic. On time and with everything. After unpacking the furnitute that arrived and discarding the wrapping and boxes, Omar and Jose helped remove large pieces that were not their responsibility (boxes and old bed frame for example).
