Angela was excellent as the move coordinator. She was always very responsive. The people who packed and loaded were great. I do not remember their names. Our delivery driver was Christian. He was AMAZING! He did not have help and unloaded by himself. He went above and beyond. We can't say enough positive things about him.

I have forgotten the names but every single individual from the consultation survey quote woman, my moving coordinator, the entire pick up delivery crew, and drop off delivery crew were personable, courteous, timely, efficient, and all of them deserve a raise! Everything was perfect from start to finish and I am so grateful.

Overall my experience with Van line was very good. The 2 guys picking up and pack the vaults was young and strong. Confusion on the recording. Was not not smooth. They were told to stop everything if I don't paid for the wait time for the ferry. They could have taken the noon ferry. Delivery 4 guys very well organized. They were done in less than an hour. Overall they are respectful and polite.

Michelle and Leana were very attentive. There was an issue notifying the drop off location of the delivery time. We are also missing a box, the driver was confused and clearly mixed up the multiple shipments that were on the truck. Compared to other moving experiences, the overall experience was very nice.
