Extremely impressed with Suddath's (the local broker/agent) customer service. Teri, from Seattle, was very communicative and timely. Additionally, she immediately started processing a credit based on actual weight, without me having to hassle. We intentionally went with Suddath based on online reviews. We knew that it would be thousands of dollars more than a smaller mover- and in hindsight, turned out to be the best decision.

Your employee's were very professional and fun to work with. They were very careful packing our furniture and considered our needs. I would move again with Mayflower, but I hope we do not move again it is a lot of work and I have moved 10 times. Hope this my last!!!
