Pick up crew was stellar. They were true gentlemen working in an area with lots of people and traffic and a slow elevator. Amazing job by my coordinator Mickey as well.She explained everything well and communicated with me at all times. She was always available to me when I had any questions and reassured me at every phase. My delivery was made in a timely fashion and everything was placed and assembled as ordered. The only thing I am waiting for is a couple of repairs. All in all, it went like a first class machine!!!

The move went pretty well. The salesperson and the move coordinator were great and available to answer my questions when I had them. All of the loaders and unloaders were personable and efficient along with being on time. The only things that kept my experience from being excellent were that a few things were broken in the move for various reasons, and I feel that many of the issues could have been avoided with a bit more care and attention. Overall, it was a good experience.

I can’t reme the files name with the packing company but she found a substantial amount of cash that she could have easily kept. She returned it and I was so shocked at the cash being found I feel bad I did not reward her and thank her properly
