Overall the move was good. We did have some damage because of the handling of large, antique, furniture pieces. The staff in Springfield was very responsive during the whole move.

The packers did an exceptional job and were helpful. My wife made a Dr. Appt at 4:30 PM the packing day. The appointment could not be cancelled. We were able to delay the appointment until 7 PM; the crew was able to get extra help for the following day to finish the job. All of this happened because of the original information regarding the time required for packing was not accurate - but your employees stepped up to make it work.
