Carla Cheatham who was our National Move Coordinator was so great to work with and kept us notified all along the way. Driver Brady Brown was probably the best I have ever worked with. He was very personable and professional. We felt totally at ease with him. We did notice a few very personal and sentimental items as well as some others had some damage that we will get addressed. Over all it was a good experience.

Overall the move went very well. The unloading crew drove the truck expertly, unloaded all our belongings, and were pleasant to chat with throughout the day. We had a few broken items, including an antique table, which is the reason for docking a star. We moved just about 600 miles though, so to not have any missing items and only have one thing broken (so far at least), I'm overall very happy.

Tamela Barber was our on site project manager for our move, and she’s wonderful!!! Everything stayed on track and actually moved very quickly because of her leadership. When we had minor concerns, she addressed them quickly and with care- no issue was an inconvenience to her. She also regularly checked in with us to make sure we felt good about everything, every step of the way. The crew working with her were also great, and very hard workers. Great experience on the packing end- thank you, Tamela!!

First class, on time, friendly, patient and highly professional crew. Brady Brown is an excellent manager and leader -- made a very challenging prep and loading process look easy. He had one of the hardest working and most effective crews I have seen -- they worked long hours and were just as attentive at the end of each day as they were at the beginning.

Brady Brown handled our move and he was amazing. The crew he brought was fast, respectful and extremely helpful. They moved pieces of furniture exactly like we wanted. Brady made sure the house was prepped for move in and that the floors were covered correctly. They all did such a great job we will be requesting Brady and his team for our next move.
