Working with the gear shop was a great experience. They are extremely knowledgeable about the transfer case I need and the fact that they dont charge a core charge is just unheard of !They just ask for the old part to be returned at there cost I might add !Im very sure Ill do business with them agin !Great people and great organization !

I was looking for a new transfer case for my truck and coming across The Gear Shop. After reading the reviews and seeing they are family owned I ordered from them. They actually called to make sure that I would get the correct case. When the case came, I was impressed with how good it looked compared to others I have gotten over the years. No problem with the return of the core. If I ever need another one I'm ordering from The Gear Shop.

The Gear Shop was excellent. From the first phone call to the last every thing was smooth. Bought Transfer case and was shipped within a day or two to my local shop in Illinois.
