Had a good experience with this company, which appears to be a small business. I bought a reman NP246 transfer case for a 2006 GMC Yukon XL 2500. I looked up their website and was able to call and speak with Paul, who was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Shipping costs were a bit high, but it is also a very heavy item and it includes a return shipping label for the core. The new t-case works as expected, and I saved $800-1000 installing it myself instead of paying a shop.
Great service
The transfer case is now in my 03 Suburban 2500 and works good. The seller made sure that the item was the correct part for my truck by calling me before they shipped it to verify the transmission & engine configuration. They also made sure the item was in good condition before sending it out. I'd recommend these folks for the good value on the price of the part and the follow-up after the sale.
