Fantastic experience. They contacted me by phone before shipping to verify my truck model to ensure the right transfer case was sent. Shipped to my home in a sturdy plastic box with a return label, mechanic put the old transfer case in the box, I dropped it off at UPS, and the core went back to them. Saved me $1500 vs the shop in town rebuilding the TC.
