Great vacation home! Village Realty was a wonderful company to deal with. We never had an issue with our vacation home. It was clean and well equipped. The realty office messaged us a couple times while we were there just to check in and make sure everything was going well. They were even helpful when it came to giving us directions for sightseeing locations we needed. Would definitely use them again if given the opportunity.
2024 was our first year back to OBX in some time. The experience with Village Reality was very excellent From the reservation, to payment to check-in and check-out processes the services from Village Reality were very positive. I especially appreciated the early check-in option and keyless entry given that we had an infant and small children in our group. Village Realty has been our favorite realtor thus far. The rental we had this year, Barefoot at the Banks, was outstanding. The cleanest/nicest house we have ever rented. No service calls were needed, extremely clean and everything in working order. We would definitely rent this property in the future if the space allows us to. Great realtor - great home!

i am a homeowner and use Village Realty to manage our property. They promptly reply to us and to the guests if anything happens in our home. We have been very fortunate with the wonderful guests who have stayed at our home because I cannot tell anyone has been there other than a few things have been moved.
