Omg! We really lucked out with our DJ from Whirlin Disc Sound! Dan Rinelli was amazing... Our wedding reception was absolutely perfect thanks to the awesome playlist Dan came up with. My Family and my now Husbands Family aren't big into dancing however Dan had them all out on the dance floor all night. Thank You so much for all the great memories. I've already recommended Dan and Whirlin Disc to all my Friends that are getting married next year and will continue to do so!
Whirlin Disc Sound were easy to deal with from start to finish. I would recommend them 100% to anyone. Their prices were the best around as well. Chris Garvey was our DJ and we couldn't have had a better guy. He was easy to talk to, professional and kept our party going with the dance floor full until the end. He was sensitive to the wide range of ages and picked music that was fun for everyone.
My parents used Whirlin Disc Sound over 30 years ago for their wedding and I'm so glad we made the same choice too! Mark was set up and ready to go before cocktail hour and had all the information correct and it flowed smoothly the entire night. He was willing to stay longer at the end of the night.
We had such a great experience with Dan Rinelli as our DJ on June 25, 2016. He went above and beyond to make sure our guests stayed on the dance floor all night....which is what we asked for! Thanks for making our wedding reception exactly what we hoped for. Our guests had a blast and we couldn't have asked for a better or more easy going DJ.
I booked Whirlin Disc Sound about a year in advance of my wedding, based on recommendations from my reception coordinator and my photographer. Even though I was planning my wedding from out of state, they were very accommodating and very easy to get in touch with by phone. My only reason the rating is not 5.0 is that Joe is a smoker, luckily it was an outdoor wedding for us and we (Bride, Groom, and Parents) didn't care - just wanted to share just in case anyone does have a preference about smokers. What we loved about Mike Domino was that he was really mindful of our music tastes -- the music he played reflected our personalities; it wasn't just another cookie cutter wedding playlist. He was also professional and kept to our timeline while still remaining calm and flexible. You're going to want a DJ who is on top of things, and Mike Domino really was. Thanks, Mike!
Our DJ, Dan, fit our mixed music styles perfectly - we had a meeting with Dan & Whirlin Discs, Chris, and they were receptive to us. A week before the wedding he called again to discuss our song requests and walk through the schedule of events. On the day of he showed up super early and had everyone on the dance floor all night.
