THE most compassionate, caring, thoughtful professional I have ever met in the medical field. Expert at what she does, patient is what she is, genuinely concerned for those under her carer and those working with her. My very serious stage 4 colon cancer surgery was quite scary& difficult but she calmed me with excellent communication, direct information and unusual empathy for such a new acquaintance. Dr. Akhtar comes highly recommended for your family

Dr Akhtar was very knowledgeable and professional for my procedure. She answered all my questions in a way I could understand. She was also very kind and caring about my feelings and worries. The procedure went very well, and all discomfort went away shortly after I returned home. Her beside manner and willingness to listen and provide answers to my questions set her apart from other providers I have dealt with. I highly recommend Dr. Akhtar.
