Dr Ong was friendly, down to earth, took time to answer my questions and explained things both verbally as well as visually.
I had a very good experience for what it was (colonoscopy). Dr. ONG and the staff were all very supportive.
I was told what was going to happen. I was very comfortable with all the nurses and Doctors that took care of me and did the procedure. Everything went real smooth I was treated very well.
Courteous staff, and Dr. Ong was professional, knowledgeable and informative. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and available options and was very helpful in helping to plan out a course of action. I’d highly recommend Dr. Ong and her staff, they make you feel human and cared about, which is unfortunately uncommon in many practices today.
she is simply amazing!!!! very understanding, caring, and thorough doctor i have ever had. she doesn't rush you or negate your feelings. i'm so being happy i have her for life now
