There are not enough words to express how I feel about Dr. Ong. She greets you with a smile, a willingness to listen, and takes time to explain or answer any questions you have. She’s a wonderful doctor and surgeon.
Dr. Ong is so nice and puts her patients at ease right away. She is very thorough and explains everything clearly so anyone can understand. I am so grateful I found her.

Short version: I specifically told Dr. Ong I was worried about an abscess or infection due to an anal fissure because of how quickly it appeared and because of its location to my anus. She didn't even feel it, brushed it off as a muscle spasm, and said, 'It happens all the time,' so she recommended botulinum toxin shots to relax the muscle.
