Naturally it is never fun going to an appointment like this. But Dr. Ong made it so much more comfortable then I ever expected for my first time. She is very knowledgeable and professional, which is the most important, but add to it that she is very personable in an uncomfortable situation for the patient. Dr. Ong is always forthcoming and informative and doesn’t beat around the bush with her medical advice. I appreciate that so much! Highly recommend her if you are having incontinence issues! No reason to suffer!
Dr Ong and her team were wonderful. I doubted her prep, but it was the best.
It was easy it was quick. I was never left sitting in the waiting room for a long staff is very pleasant.
Dr. Ong is so easy going and approachable with questions ~You do not ever feel rushed.Your concerns matter, details always explained.
This was the best colonoscopy I have had in the last 15 years. I had doubters about her preparation methods but it worked without any issues.
Considering the situation, I could not ask for a more professional and caring physician. Not to mention, she was also able to get me in on an emergency.
