Prescribed a strong steroid cream which caused perioral dermatitis on my face. She denied it. I had to seek a second opinion from another dermatologist and am currently being treated for this condition. No I definitely would not recommend this doctor.
Dr. Thakker seemed to be in rush when I had moh surgery on scalp. Instead of taking small slices of tissue from incision she removed a 1” divot from my head and was unable to Stich it up sending me 40 miles south to see a plastic surgeon and who then informed me I would have to wait an additional five days to be admitted to hospital to correct the divot in my head..I would not let this doctor remove a splinter from my hand. Also no one from dermatology office ever called in follow up to see how I was doing after surgery.High... read more
Went for a skin check. Never saw anyone do an exam so fast I’m my life! ( and I’ve been a nurse for 38 years! ) Puts you on a plastic exam table with the back open and no paper on the table. An that be any more disgusting? Did not seem to be very interested unless she was making more money for taking something off. Would not recommend

We have found this to be more effective, as paper can slip and move during exams. If ever there is a question or concern that you feel has not been addressed during your visit, please feel free to ask. We always want our patients to have a good experience.
Dr. Thakker once again proved her lack of care for her patients. I’ve been misguided since the beginning of what was supposed to be an 8 week treatment. After six weeks she said it’s gone only to have to come back 2 more times. I was upset with the way she had misguided & treated me so a review was written about her. Once she read the review, when I came to my follow up appointment instead of asking me what’s wrong and talking to me about the situation she dismissed me and told me I should just see another doctor after month... read more
First appointment was great. Little wait time, Dr. Thakker was lovely and professional. Yesterday's appointment was a horror. No excuse for keeping people waiting for an hour in the waiting room. Left never seeing the doctor and won't be back. It is a shame as I think she is a good doctor but her front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Was told as I was leaving that Monday's aren't a good day to schedule an appointment. Seriously??????
