It was my first visit to Dr. Yentzer after several others over the years (I am 93) and I was quickly impressed. A sleek office in a new building with a friendly and an efficient staff; rapid review and treatment of skin problems; written record of diagnosis; and prescriptions swiftly transmitted to the local drugstore. What more could you ask?
Very good interaction and outcome
Dr. Yentzer was very highly recommended by my general practitioner (who is on of the top MDs in the county) and I found him to be very knowledgeable and he displayed great "bedside manner." All the support staff I encountered were friendly and professional, and the office was clean & modern. Solar panels on the roof and free EV charging were the icing on the cake!
Dr. Yentzer is friendly and thorough. Office is well maintained. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Easy location to get to from Cortland or Ithaca areas.
Dr. Yentzer is the best dermatologist I've had in 35 years seeking derm counseling in central NY. He knows his stuff and is an excellent listener.
