Dr. Yentzer was informative, kind, and on time. No waiting time prior to the appointment. The office is very clean and inviting. His staff is extremely friendly as well as accommodating.
He did not actually give a full skin exam, instead he quickly glanced at some parts of my body and skipped others completely. He was dismissive of concerns and rude. I did take time off from work for this appointment and that was a waste of time. I will find a different dermatologist. I am disappointed that this was the recommendation from Cayuga Medical primary care.
Dr. Yentzer is unpleasant and doesn't listen to his patients. I thought maybe it was just me, but I found many reviews on line that concur with my opinion. He has no bedside manner and told me that as we get older we get "barnacles" on the face and he didn't really address my concerns about skin cancer. He looked like he hadn't shaved and he was generally dismissive and abrupt. His staff looked embarrassed at his behavior as they could see how embarrassed I was dealing with him.
