My thermostat quit working on a Sunday morning. Rob, my technician, responded quickly and showed up within the hour. He installed my new thermostat, explained it's operation in an efficient manner.
Knowledgeable on many different products and services needed. They were very easy to communicate with. No high pressure. Prompt response. Prompt quality service.
Very professional in every way
Sam did an excellent job installing our new furnace. He was clearly competent, polite, friendly, informative, and a very hard worker. He kept us informed of his progress and the end result was a well-running furnace. Kudos to G & R and especially to Sam.
Rob was great. He explained the issue and what was needed to get it fixed. He was really professional and pleasant.
The service call was $95....no problem. He ran out to get a fuse and solved the problem. But the total bill came to $220 for a total of about one hours worth of total time spent on job, including diagnosis, parts and labor. That seemed a bit excessive.
