Tim made understanding what he was doing and why, easy to follow. I didn't feel uncomfortable with him nor pressured to buy any extras. I would use G & R again, and recommend.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Tim Luehring was extremely thorough and explained the issues very well. He worked efficiently and was friendly. It was clear he was very experienced. Would definitely use them again! I only wish the quote separated the parts and labor prices. Each part was only listed with a combined parts and labor price. I would have liked to be able to see what I was paying for the parts and labor separately.

Tim let me watch and explained everything he was doing along the way. He ended up fixing our furnace problem that the previous company we hired the week before couldn t. I wish we had called them in the first place.

Once the technician arrived he was professional, he explained thoroughly the problem and how he was repairing it. He also worked fast and stayed to make sure the furnace ran well

I recently purchased this home and had no idea who to turn too. So, I let home advisor recommend me some pro's. Well, G&R was the first one to call me and I gave him my availability to have the furnace winterized for the upcoming cold weather. I was very pleased with his service and explanation of how to keep the furnace in full functioning order. I will be calling him in the spring for a service call for my air conditioning.
