Brett was great! He explained everything to us and arrived late at night after a super long, hot day, but I am so grateful he came and fixed our AC!
Was given a time slot of 9-11am for a new installation. Technician did not arrive until 630pm. Missing part so work did not finish until 5pm the following day. The technicians was outstanding and knowledgeable but the company seems to be over-scheduling their work.
Showed up on time, fast and professional.
On-time, even ahead-of-schedule service: called in AM and had service the same day (1 day before a major holiday) by 11:00 AM! Brett took the time to explain the options and approximate costs associated with AC repair. THANK YOU!!
I would highly recommend this company and their tech, Brett. I called on a Sunday evening for service and had an appointment for noon the following day. The tech sent a message that he was on his way and arrived about 10 am. I found him to be very honest and professional. I would call again and request him for service.
The repair was fast; customer service was good. I was told the appointment would be between 1-3pm. They came around 5p. Not happy with waiting around a bit but they were busy and they still fit me in their schedule after hours. I also did not price compare so am unsure if it was a good value for the money. Just happy they fixed it within 1-2 days of me contacting them.
Would highly recommend this company, tech, Brett, was knowledgeable and professional, this will definitely be the company I call again if needed.
I would give this tech , Brett, 10 stars if I could! Had 2 other companies out in the last 7 months, finally a very competent tech. Would gladly recommend him, and will definitely use this company again.
