Showed up on time and great explanation of the issue.
Water heater burst on Christmas Eve. Got a call back from G&R on Christmas Day. Only company to respond. They installed the new water heater the next day. Jay was very professional and took the time to answer the questions we had.
Nothing. Everything is top notch. (Although, home advisor sucks for having to call me to confirm my review. What a waste of time. An email would be sufficient)
Our serviceman was very professional. He was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the problem with our furnace. The repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. We would definitely hire this company again in the future.
