I indicated in the job description the "Diagnostic indicator" has 4 red flashes which means "Open High Limit Switch" written on the control board. However, after their inspection, I need to pay extra $75 because they do not have the replacement part of the High Limit Switch sensor in their van. The $75 is for extra trip to get the part. Otherwise, they are polite, good to work with, and fixed the problem.
They called me quickly and were able to set up an appointment that day. The repairman waixientdly and efficient.

Awesome customer service and excellent work performed. Only company that would respond on the Friday going into Labor Day Weekend and fix AC with Temps over 90. Rob, our repair person was simply the best I have worked with in years. Rob correctly assessed the issues and presented a repair plan. Unfortunately it required a part not readily available do to the Holiday weekend. G&R offered to get the parts supply company to open on the Holiday Weekend at a cost but still get us the part.
