She followed through with every request and has even checked up on our new puppy several times since we received her. We are so pleased with our puppy and the entire experience. Brianna was amazing! She made the entire process smooth and easy. She was very sweet, informative, and knowledgeable. She has been available for all of my questions and has checked in several times since picking him up last week! I highly recommend!
