Paula and Mia were exceptionally helpful. My wife and I did a DNA test on our dog and concluded that our dog was not as advertised 3 years later. Although we love our furry companion, we were upset that the breed was incorrect. Happytails representatives were incredibly kind, respectful, and patient. Angel was great to work with while she helped me find the perfect puppy! She was very informative and kept in touch with me on a regular basis and still checks in to make sure we are doing okay. I could not recommend Happy Tail Puppies enough!

I had an amazing experience. I worked with Amber when getting my sweet goldendoodle pup Nora. I stumbled across happytail puppies online and I have been so thankful. My sweet girl Nora is 4 months old and thriving. The customer service was wonderful. Overall an amazing experience, worth every cent. I will gladly refer anyone to happytail puppies. 10/10 would recommend.
I worked with Amber in obtaining our new morkie. She was every helpful and attentive to what we needed. Her follow up was great and I highly recommend Happy Tails to anyone looking for their new forever furry friend.
We picked out our new pet babies. Amber was great, she helped us through the process of buying the babes. She would she send us updated pictures. When it was time to pic the pups up they were beautiful. When we took them to our vet she said they were perfect. I’d definitely recommend Happytail’s and Amber
Don't believe the negative reviews. Had I not checked it for myself, I wouldn't have my beautiful new puppy. Brianna was my representative and she was GREAT! She kept me informed prior to our 6 hour drive from Northern Virginia. Then we met our Cavachon! He was healthy, happy, a pleasure to hold. He's nearly potty trained in less than a week. Eats his food, sleeps through the night and is perfect. We own a 3 yr old Cavachon so we knew what to expect with this breed. Many folks aren't ready for the constant attention a puppy ... read more
