I have found My hotel in NYC! TV reception not great but I didn’t really mind. Staff and location are great. Room was small but fully equipped and a full bathroom, safe, coffee maker, small refrigerator good for in room munchies and restaurant portions one can’t finish! Beds very comfortable and no street noise.

Very Good
It was just right for our needs, hope to be able to go back. Exercise room is very limited and was sometimes not available - but we DID NOT go there for a gym, it was just an "Oh, look, they even have a gym." We'll go back again gladly. Location is wonderful, cool neighborhood and great access to the subway. Staff were pleasant, kind and helpful. Price very reasonable given the quality and location.

Completely adequate for a couple nights stay if you plan on spending most of your time sightseeing The place is in dire need for renovations and modernization. Everything was functional but visibly worn and old. It's a shame, because the building itself is beautiful. Another thing I didn't like is that the windows in our room were nailed shut so you can't really air the room out (even thought there is air conditioning) or wash the windows (which they really should).
