Nice but small room. Cheapest I found in Manhattan. small size of the room - but this is Manhattan and everything is expensive here unless you pay double the price for the room you wont get anything spacious location in manhattan was close to most amenities and a short subway to Times Square or Battery Park (Statue of Liberty)

Good The bed springs were audible but the bed was otherwise comfortable. Windows could have been cleaner. The room had a great view of the Empire State Building and the location is perfect for exploring Manhattan. 2nd time staying here and I would definitely come back.

El personal de recepción muy servicial pero el hotel necesita una remodelación y limpieza urgente Los ascensores estaban muy sucios todos los días, los baños de las habitaciones muy antiguos y el descanso regular porque se oye todo . el personal es súper amable, la cama King size es bastante cómoda y la ubicación del hotel muy buena

Clean, safe and good location It is a real shame they no longer do breakfast, but there are good restaurants very nearby. This is my second stay at the Heritage. It is a good location, rooms are a decent size and we found it quiet (particularly for New York).

Funktionales Hotel in guter zentraler Lage. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in NYC gut geeignet. Die einfach verglasten Fenster waren zudem auch undicht, so dass es selbst im April nachts noch sehr kalt wurde. Heizung nur mit der Klimaanlage. Abhilfe brachte eine zweite Bettdecke vom Hotel. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Schrank und zu wenige Bügel an der Garderobe. Die Lage im Zentrums Manhattans, nahe an verschiedenen Subway-Stations, ist sehr gut.
