Wonderful tive que pagar um depósito de $200.00 cartão de débito o qual ainda não foi devolvido. Já passaram seis dias. Pedimos pra pagar o depósito em dinheiro para a devolução ser mais rápida e o hotel não aceitou. Isso é muito inconveniente para nós que pagamos as diárias adiantadas e estamos até agora sem receber o depósito.

IT’s JUST LIKE COMING HOME Nothing. This will always be my go to hotel in New York. Location, excellent value for money, spacious room with coffee percolator and safe. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful beyond compare. They make you feel like you are coming home.
