Very Good The rooms were very small, and the view was of a (albeit lovely) brick wall Lovely staff. Very very central. Next to a great café. They had a gym in the building which I didn't realise!

Very Good The odd step into the bathroom in the dark is not fun to navigate. If you're going to offer a "lamdmark" view as part of your package you probably shouldn't have the dirtiest windows ever to look through. Great overall value. Good room for the price. Morning staff much more pleasant and approachable than evening.

SUPERB N/A Friendly, helpful staff; conveniently located for stores/restaurants; near buses and subways; spacious & clean rooms with mini fridge, coffee percolator and a safe; room cleaning upon request, but 24/7 availability of towels/toiletries and coffee/tea supplies. 24/7 access to microwave and business centre. Beautiful historical building with an amazing ceiling in the lobby. Flat screen TV and free local calls from hotel phone in the room.
