Above our expectations! Some guests who show up late at night and be very noisy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. We booked last minute and were on a budget. Larry who was at reception did riddles with the kids, made us feel instantly at home. The rooms were modest but very clean and the location is perfect!

Pleasant Old hotel, narrow hallway n small rooms. Bathroom so tiny. Hairdryer & coffeemaker didn't work. Excellent location, easy to take subway/buses. Walking distance to FlatIron & other places
