If all you want is a reasonably priced bed for the night in a good location in Manhattan then this hotel is fine. No facilities other than the room. Good location and a left luggage facility

Emplacement au top ! Literie un peu fatiguée. Le petit déjeuner n'est plus servi depuis la pandémie, dommage ! L'emplacement top au centre de Manhattan, près de Madison et de Union Square, de commerces et de différentes lignes de métro. La chambre est grande. It was okay, nothing much to say. Wiew from the room and how dark the room was. The other hand lights on it was “too bright” -lights. Also I had to walk from the elevator to my room trough hallway where in the rooms, probably, was allowed to smoke. Didn’t like the smell, even though I smoke cigarette (always outside). Nice area. Clean room.

The staff was lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Our room had no view of any part of the city; it looked out on a back/interior (?) part of the building… we couldn’t even see the sky above. Our room was also next to a main hallway door, which other guests opened/closed loudly throughout the day/night. If you need a quick and affordable overnight, this place is fine. The lobby and the elevator were filthy. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Très bon séjour ! Le ménage est un peu juste et la chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours si on ne réclame pas. La salle de bain est un peu vetuste. Très bien situé et une vue magnifique sur l'Empire State Building Les personnes de l'accueil ont été très gentils et disponibles ! Ils ont tous fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable !
Definitely would stay again! When I first booked I called the hotel about parking the front desk person did not tell me they have an agreement with "iPark" nearby. I made a reservation at "Icon" parking and paid more. But Amy and the manager at the front desk were very nice and helped us in other ways. - There is a $2.00 fee per bag for storing your luggage in hotel storage. - There is a late check out fee if you don't check out on time.
